Introduction
DCCI Business Institute (DBI) is the only authorized training providing institute on Supply Chain Management (SCM) of International Trade Centre (ITC)-UNCTAD/WTO, Geneva in Bangladesh. Since 2007 it is conducting Certificate, Advanced Certificate and Diploma on SCM of ITC. Recently it has authorized DBI to conduct a short training course on SCM for SMEs which is the abridged version of existing long 18 months Diploma course on SCM. The course modules of SCM for SMEs are developed by ITC, Geneva for capacity building of SMEs of developing countries like Bangladesh. Through this course the participants will be capable to develop innovative new approaches to reduce total supply cost and lead time, make optimum use of available resources and excel in global competition.
