Logistics refers to the entire process of transferring products from procedure to consumer, including storage, transport, transshipment, warehousing, material-handling and packaging, with associated exchange of information and transportation is the movement of people and goods from one location to another. Transport is performed by various modes. DBI has been offered this workshop to familiarize these matters.

Facilitators
The facilitator of this training is Mr. Shankar Kumar Roy, Executive Director, Bangladesh Cement Manufacturers Association (BCMA) and KPMG Advisory Services Ltd. He was employed as an Advisor (Research and Planning) at M.I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement Group) till 30th June 2020. Before joining at Crown Cement Group, he had served at Holcim Cement (Bangladesh) Ltd for more than 16 years, holding the post of General Manager-Business Development. As a professional corporate trainer, he provides practical, interactive, and fun-filled activity-based training. He has conducted numerous training courses and has 15+ years of experience in training. His area of specialization in training includes Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, and various Soft Skills, etc. He was awarded as the ‘Trainer of the Year 2018’ recognition by International Trade Center, Geneva, Switzerland at a gala event in Beijing, China on 1st November 2018.
Fee
