• Explain the difference between coaching, mentoring, and managing, and identify when each approach is most appropriate;
• Recognize the role of emotional intelligence in building effective coaching and mentoring relationships;
• Apply active listening and structured feedback techniques (the SBI model) in real workplace conversations;
• Use the GROW model to structure a complete coaching conversation from goal setting to commitment;
• Describe the principles of an effective mentoring relationship, including how to establish agreements and set boundaries;
• Create a personal action plan to apply new skills in their leadership role within 30 days.

Facilitator the training is Mr. Md. Feroz Kibria, Soft Skills Trainer and Human Resources Specialist. He has been involved in training, coaching and consulting for more than 12 years.
