Team building is the ability to influence a group toward the achievement of goals whereas management is the use of authority inherent in designated formal rank to obtain compliance from organizational members. In order to train prospective leaders to use appropriate tools and techniques of leadership, DBI has been offered this training course.

Facilitator of the training is Mr. M A Mannan, Leadership Trainer and Performance Consultant. He is equipped with over 230 years’ hands on experiences in MNC and local conglomerates namely FedEx Express, PRAN-RFL Group, Fakir Apparels, Olila Glass Industries, Searchlite MLC, DVC; etc. in different management and leadership roles and responsibilities. He is a FedEx Purple Academy certified management & leadership trainer since 2004. He has facilitated a huge number of trainings for FedEx Bangladesh and beyond for many respected companies on various fields like Leadership, Team Building & Teamwork, Stress Management, Conflict Management, High Performance Managers, Customer Service Excellence, The 4 Disciplines of Execution, Emotional Intelligence, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and various need-based trainings. He is from Dhaka University. Studied management. Strongly believe in value addition and continual improvement. Received various certificates courses in home and abroad. Used to write articles on management and leadership; many of his articles have been published in The Daily Star and in The Independent Newspapers. He also used to participate in the TV programs on different subjects, especially on HR Management and Leadership. Mr. Mannan is associated with various professional bodies.
