Introduction

Negotiation is an integral part of an individual as well as organization irrespective of its legal form. Starting from the negotiation with mom-dad, negotiation skills is a must-know intelligence in dealing among different countries. Someone wins to the extent he negotiates. Managers need to deal with their counterpart to enter commercial transactions. If effective techniques are not applied in negotiation process, it is obvious to face financial and non-financial losses. Sometimes such loss carries long term affect leading to irreparable damages. Again, proven strategies are to be engaged to keep the window open to enter into deals with the other party in future. Hence, matured and tested acumen are essential for win-win negotiation. Interestingly, a smart negotiator doesn’t take the same approach to each situation. For this reason, overall situation is to be evaluated to find a sustainable solution.

Facilitators

Facilitator of the Training Workshop is Mohammad Zahid Hossain FCA, ACA (ICAEW), ACMA, CGMA, CPA (Aust.), CFO, AkijBashir Group. He was the former Group CFO, Rahimafrooz Bangladesh Limited and former Board Member of BAPEX. During his long professional life of more than 20 years, he worked under various capacities in different National and Multinational companies. He conducted many Training/Workshop based on the need of Conglomerates and NGOs. Having a strong business background, Mr. Hossain win immediate creditability of the participants of his training sessions.

Fee

Tk. 3,000/- payable in favour of ‘Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry’ by NPSB/ Pay order/ Cheque/ bKash. Course fee includes refreshments, lunch, stationery, learning materials and excludes VAT and Tax. Admission would be confirmed to candidates on payment of registration fee.
