Mr. Rejaul Karim is a Deputy Commissioner of Taxes. He joined Bangladesh Civil Service as BCS (Education) Cadre through 28^th BCS in 2010. After serving three years and eight months, he joined the BCS (Taxation) cadre through the 33rd BCS in 2014. Since then, he has performed in different NBR positions in various capacities. He has worked as the head of multiple personal and corporate taxes circles. He also worked NBR special unit Central Intelligence Cell (CIC) as Assistant Director and Deputy Director.

Mr. Rejaul Karim graduated from Dhaka University in Islamic History and Culture with 2nd Class 1^st position. He also obtained Master of Arts from the same Department and same University with 1^st Class 1^st position. Besides different national training, he had a privilege of participating a short training course on Taxation from National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT) in India. Now he regularly conducts training program on Tax Management in different organization such as DCCI, ICMAB, BRAC, IPDP, SME Foundation and other Govt. organization.
