Dr. Khadiza Rahman Tanchi, an accomplished learner in Human Resource Management, currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Daffodil International University. She holds a BBA and MBA from the Department of Management, University of Dhaka, and pursued her PhD in Employee Turnover Intention in Private Commercial Banks in Bangladesh from Dhaka University. With a teaching tenure since 2011, she imparts knowledge at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Tanchi actively participates in research seminars, workshops, and conferences, enhancing her experiential learning methods. Beyond academia, she serves as the Founding Director of the Federation of Bangladesh Human Resource Organization (FBHRO) and is a trainer in HRM, Leadership, Management, and Soft-Skills for Daffodil International Professional Training Institute (DIPTI), Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), and Social Business initiatives. She embodies a perpetual learner's spirit.
