Mr. Rafiul Haque is a highly accomplished Supply Chain Management professional with more than 15 years of extensive practical experience at PRAN-RFL Group. Currently He is serving as Category Head of SCM for the PRAN Non-Food Business and Retail Business. 

He completed both MBA and BBA in Marketing from University of Rajshahi, and was awarded the Gold Medal for outstanding academic achievement in Both MBA and BBA. He also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from DCCI Business Institute (DBI). In addition, he completed a Professional SCM Diploma through the In-House Development Program of PRAN-RFL Group.

As a dedicated learning and development contributor, he has been actively involved as an In-House Training Facilitator and has served as a Guest Lecturer at different universities, sharing practical industry insights on Supply Chain Management, procurement strategy, commercial operations, sourcing, import-export management, and business operations.

His professional expertise includes strategic sourcing, procurement, commercial operations, international trade, supplier development, logistics planning, cost optimization, risk management, and supply chain transformation. He possesses strong hands-on experience in managing complex supply chain operations for large-scale manufacturing and FMCG businesses.

He has also completed a Certificate Course on Rules and Procedures of Import & Export of Bangladesh from Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute and received specialized training on Financial Security in Import & Export conducted by HSBC.

With a strong blend of academic excellence, industry leadership, and practical experience, he regularly contributes as a resource person, trainer, and speaker in professional development sessions related to Supply Chain Management, commercial practices, and international trade.
