A Workshop on “Shipping Procedures for Export, Import & Customs Formalities” was organized by DCCI Business Institute (DBI) on 30-31 March, 2018 in it’s premises. Total thirty Four (34) Business Professionals nominated by different prominent organizations were participated in the workshop. Md. Arif Khan, Chief Supply Chain Officer, FMS Group conducted the workshop as Resource Person. According to the participant’s feedback this workshop has broadened their mental horizon and made them conversant with very important issues on Export, Import & Customs issues. 

Closing and Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the said program was held on 31 March, 2018 at DBI premises. A H M Rezaul Kabir, Secretary General, Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) & former Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh graced the program as Chief Guest. Md. Rashed Ali, Convenor, Skills Development Standing Committee, DCCI, Md. Mamunur Rahman, Joint Convenor, Skills Development Standing Committee, DCCI and Md. Morshidul Azad, Major, Bangladesh Army were also present in the occasion. Md. Joynal Abdin, Executive Director, DBI offered the vote of thanks in this programme. He was thankful to the organizations for nominating their officials to the workshop & training programme organized by DBI. He advised the participants to share this knowledge with fellow colleagues and implement in respective organization.

Along with participants, the Course Coordinators Tamanna Sultana, Deputy Secretary (Training) & Abul Bashar, Senior Officer, DBI were also present in the occasion.
